One of the Best Regions to Hike in California
If I could recommend a region to hike in California – I would instantly tell you the Sierra is one of the best regions to hike in California. This area has so much to offer, from alpine lakes to epic mountain ranges, hiking trails, and epic roads along the way – there is so much to explore!
The weather ranges from icy conditions to extra warm temperatures, providing ample time to explore throughout the year. Some of the many ways to explore the Sierra include snowshoeing or skiing in the winter, kayaking and camping in the summer, chasing autumn colors in the fall, and seeing thriving blooms in the springtime. The number of things you can do in the Sierra is endless.

Exploring The Sierra
All my trips in the Sierra – especially my hikes have been so memorable. I can never stop bragging about how amazing this place is, and if you haven’t been and you ever have a chance to visit, you will see how beautiful it is and want to go back over and over again.
The only downside to the Sierra is the fire season this region experiences each summer. Fires have gotten worse each year, and I want to bring awareness to do your research and ensure you know what is permitted and what is not. Check websites, call if you have questions, and be prepared! Safety is essential to prevent fires.
